Economic & commercial analysis
Find where time, money, capacity or opportunity is being lost — and what is actually worth fixing.
We identify what’s holding the business back, then combine economic thinking, AI and engineering to solve it properly.
MAS combines commercial analysis, AI expertise and software engineering in one team. We identify what needs fixing, decide what is worth changing, and build the practical system that makes it work better.
Find where time, money, capacity or opportunity is being lost — and what is actually worth fixing.
Use AI where it can genuinely improve research, decisions, knowledge work or repetitive processes.
Build the workflows, integrations, dashboards and internal tools required to make the solution reliable.
Tested, documented, handed over and built around how the business actually operates.
Good leads come in, then go quiet.
→Qualified opportunities decay before a real sales conversation starts.A deal closes and onboarding becomes chaos.
→Context gets lost, delivery starts slowly, and clients get an inconsistent experience.Everything still comes back to the founder.
→More growth creates more decisions for the same person.Reporting means rebuilding spreadsheets every week.
→Important decisions are made before the useful information arrives.Every new client forces the team to improvise.
→Delivery depends on individual effort instead of a repeatable way of working.Tell RayX what is happening in your business. He’ll ask a few focused questions, help organise the situation, and point you toward the most sensible next step with MAS.
RayX helps with orientation. Any diagnosis, recommendation or engagement scope is validated by MAS.
MAS can investigate what is really causing the issue, or move directly to implementation when the problem is already understood.
Describe the product, and MAS will generate a polished blueprint with Mobbin-style structure, trust signals, and conversion flow thinking.

MAS can investigate what is really causing the issue, or move directly to implementation when the problem is already understood.
Interconnected tiers designed for maximum velocity.
A focused economic and systems diagnosis for situations where the underlying cause is still unclear.
We build the core system defined by the diagnostic. Best when one workflow needs to become reliable.
Connected operating infrastructure for established businesses ready to reduce founder dependency.
MAS helps you understand what needs fixing before you spend time and money building the wrong thing.
MAS begins with the business situation—not a preferred tool or pre-packaged solution. We clarify the problem, validate what is worth changing, then design and implement the smallest reliable system that improves how the business operates.
The right intervention may involve AI, software, workflow redesign—or no new technology at all. MAS looks for the constraint, tests its business value, and only then decides what should be built.
See the situation as it actually operates.
Identify what is worth changing and why.
Implement the practical system required.
Test, document and hand over a working system.
Every engagement has a defined outcome, boundary and owner. The starting point changes; the discipline does not.
Understand what is happening, what it affects and what evidence already exists.
Separate symptoms from assumptions and determine whether MAS is the appropriate partner.
Agree the outcome, boundaries, access, dependencies, risks and definition of done.
Design, build and test the agreed intervention against real operating conditions.
Document the system, transfer ownership and stabilize it with the people who will use it.
Use a Velocity Audit to investigate the situation and define the sensible next move.
Move directly to a Velocity Build when one high-value system can be responsibly scoped.
Use Transformation when workflows, data and ownership need coordinated change.
The work stays understandable without adding another layer of meetings.
Important assumptions, changes and ownership remain explicit throughout delivery.
If MAS is not the right solution, we’ll tell you before trying to sell you one.
MAS can investigate an unclear problem, build a system when the constraint is already understood, or coordinate several connected systems when the problem spans the business.
Scope follows the evidence — not a fixed funnel.
5 business days
Symptoms are visible, but the cause or highest-priority intervention is uncertain.
The $500 fee is credited toward a subsequent Build.
Most: $4,000–$6,000
2–4 weeks
One sufficiently understood problem requires practical implementation.
4–8 weeks
Application only
Several connected systems need coordinated analysis and implementation.
You don’t need to choose the engagement yourself. Tell us what is happening and we’ll help determine whether it needs investigation, implementation, or a broader systems conversation.
For businesses that can see the symptoms but still need to validate what is causing them, what the drag is costing, and which intervention is actually worth pursuing.
MAS reviews the way work actually happens before recommending what to build. The goal is to stop guessing, understand the constraint, and identify the first practical intervention worth considering.
Your audit is reviewed by an economics-led MAS team trained to look at workflow, cost, time, bottlenecks, incentives, founder dependency, and operational gaps before recommending a system.
This is not a generic AI tool review. The audit starts from how the business actually works.
How leads, follow-up, delivery, reporting, and decisions work now.
Where time, money, speed, or clarity is being lost.
Where coordination still depends too much on the founder.
The first system worth fixing or building.
What to do first, what can wait, and what should stay manual.
A focused walkthrough of findings and next steps.
Applied toward a future MAS build.
Best for active businesses with recurring workflows, operational friction, founder dependency, or uncertainty about which system should be built first.
Not for pre-revenue ideas, generic AI research, or teams expecting software, automation, integrations, or ongoing consulting inside the audit.
Because MAS performs real economic and operational diagnosis and delivers reusable assets, not a sales call.
The audit tests the assumption, estimates the drag, and confirms whether that problem should actually be built first.
Yes. The blueprint is designed to stand on its own.
No. Any later build, software subscription, or integration cost is scoped separately before work begins.
The work moves from what people can observe toward a prioritized intervention—without assuming the answer at the start.
What is happening in the business.
What the workflow, data and people confirm.
What is actually limiting motion or value.
What is commercially worth addressing first.
The practical next intervention to consider.
Complete the intake, receive the audit in 5 business days, then decide the next move with evidence.
For a sufficiently understood business problem that needs one focused workflow, integration, dashboard, internal tool or AI-supported system designed and implemented.
Velocity Build is handled by MAS automation specialists, software developers, AI workflow builders, and system designers.
The economics-led review defines what should be built. The technical team turns it into a working system.
Outcome, tools, owners, inclusions, and exclusions.
Triggers, inputs, outputs, rules, and data movement.
The agreed system built into the approved stack.
Normal cases, edge cases, and handoffs checked before delivery.
A practical guide for operating and maintaining the system.
Minor fixes and small refinements after delivery.
Best for teams with a repeatable bottleneck, a defined business result, and someone ready to adopt the new system.
Not for undefined experiments, unlimited custom software, major legacy migrations, or projects without a clear workflow owner.
Yes, when the bottleneck, current workflow, and intended outcome are already clear enough to scope responsibly.
The stack is chosen after scope. MAS favors tools that fit the workflow, existing systems, security needs, and maintenance reality.
Focused refinements inside the approved scope are included. New outcomes or features require a scope change.
The handoff is designed for your team to operate it. Ongoing MAS support can be scoped separately if needed.
MAS considers the complete operating path: the people using it, decisions it contains, exceptions it must survive and evidence it leaves behind.
Requests, records, events or data.
Rules, routing and business logic.
Where human judgment remains essential.
Failure paths and recovery handling.
The result the workflow must produce.
Visibility, ownership and traceability.
Submit the current workflow and the business result you need it to produce.
For larger situations where several connected workflows, systems or teams need coordinated redesign, implementation and handover.
MAS maps the business, designs the architecture, then builds connected systems that make work easier to see, move, and manage.
Velocity Transformation is delivered through the combined work of economics-led analysts, AI automation specialists, software developers, and system architects.
Economics defines the leverage. Engineering builds the system. AI accelerates execution.
Sales, operations, reporting, tools, and founder involvement.
How systems, data, people, and decisions connect.
The build sequence, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
The approved systems built and integrated in sequence.
Visibility and control without daily coordination.
Role-specific guidance for operating the new infrastructure.
Issue fixes, adoption support, and agreed refinements.
Best for established teams where sales, operations, reporting, data, and founder decisions need one coordinated operating layer.
Not for early-stage ideas, a single small automation, undefined enterprise software, or businesses without internal owners for adoption.
Price depends on system count, integration depth, data condition, team requirements, and implementation complexity. Scope is agreed before work begins.
The roadmap sequences work to protect current operations. Transition risk and dependencies are reviewed before each system is changed.
No. MAS builds infrastructure that gives the team clearer workflows, better information, and less repetitive coordination.
Yes. The architecture can be sequenced into controlled phases when that is safer for the business.
A change in one workflow can shift responsibilities, information and constraints elsewhere. Transformation makes those dependencies visible before systems are redesigned in sequence.
Opportunity and commercial context.
Commitments become operating inputs.
Work, quality and exceptions move.
Capacity and ownership coordinate.
Useful evidence reaches the business.
Leaders act with current context.
Apply with your current systems, team structure, and the business outcomes that matter.
Tell MAS what is breaking, what repeats, and what outcome the system needs to produce.
Share the workflow and desired outcome. MAS will review whether a focused Build can be responsibly scoped.

Account information may include your name, email address, password credential, profile image, purpose for joining, referral source and company or website. If you use Google sign-in, MAS receives the basic account information Google and you authorise for authentication, currently your email address, basic profile and profile image; MAS does not receive your Google password.
Contact, intake and RayX handoff forms may collect your contact details and the business context you choose to submit. Purchased Asset entitlements and service requests may be associated with your account. Technical records may include security events, request timestamps and a privacy-preserving identifier used for RayX abuse prevention and rate limits. MAS does not intentionally retain a raw IP address for that rate-limit identifier.
MAS uses information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, provide requested website functions and Assets, respond to enquiries, evaluate possible engagements, deliver password-reset and operational email, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability and meet applicable operational or legal obligations. MAS does not sell personal information.
The website uses PocketBase for account and application data, Google for optional OAuth authentication, Netlify for frontend delivery, Google Cloud infrastructure for production backend hosting, and Resend for operational email. These providers process information only as required to provide their services. The site does not currently load advertising pixels, behavioural marketing trackers or non-essential analytics.
The site stores essential PocketBase authentication state and preferences such as theme in browser storage. RayX keeps the context needed for the active conversation and server-side usage controls. MAS retains information only for as long as reasonably required for accounts, requested services, security, support, accounting and legal obligations. Retention may vary by record type and an account-deletion request may not override information MAS must lawfully retain.
MAS uses access controls, HTTPS and restricted production infrastructure intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. MAS operates internationally, so information may be processed in countries where MAS or its infrastructure providers operate and where data-protection rules may differ.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, subject to identity verification and applicable retention requirements. You may disconnect Google sign-in through your Google account and can contact MAS through the website form for a privacy request.
MAS services are directed to businesses and are not designed for children. MAS does not knowingly seek personal information from children. This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change; the updated date on this page will show the latest version.

Give MAS enough operating context to assess system count, integration depth, team readiness, and complexity.
Share the connected systems, teams, and business outcome involved. MAS will review the context before proposing a scope.
We don't guess. We engineer. Our three-step protocol ensures we only build what actually moves the needle.
We start with your numbers. No builds until we know what drives profit. We identify the single bottleneck constraining your velocity.
We map one clear system: how leads, decisions, and work should move through your business. We decide what to build now, what to delay, and what to kill.
We engineer the minimal flows that shift your numbers, using AI + automation where it makes sense. Then we measure, adjust, and only expand what works.
</> No random tools. No "AI for the sake of AI".
